Four years of progressive administrative experience working in the Center for International Business Education (CIBE) and the Center for Asian Business (CAB) dedicated to supporting the grants' programs and missions.
Provide administrative support to the Center for International Business Education (CIBE) and the Center for Asian Business (CAB), taking on progressive responsibility in both programs including among other responsibilities: reporting grant activity and managing faculty grant reports and payments; paying invoices and expenses, and tracking expenses; event planning; managing speaker agreements and honorariums; brand marketing development and oversight; hiring, training, and supervising student workers; coordinating outreach, recruitment and enrollment for student programs; support faculty and student participants in study abroad programs, including pre-departure preparation and program evaluation; and coordinating with CIBE and CAB internal and external stakeholders and partners to provide continuous programming that engages, supports, and promotes the goals of CIBE and CAB.
Enhanced student comprehension by utilizing multimedia resources and interactive activities in lesson plans, primarily in literacy; assisted teachers in developing differentiated instructional strategies, resulting in improved student outcomes; provided individual and small group instructional support; prepared materials for the class under the direction of the teacher; performed clerical duties such as taking attendance, grading tests and student assignments, record keeping, drafting correspondence, and filing.
Managed one-person office, worked with board of directors, staff, contractors, vendors, and management company to provide service, maintenance, and safe facilities to homeowners. Ensured property compliance with local regulations, conducting regular inspections and coordinating necessary maintenance work.
