  • Confirm that all due diligence has been completed before sending a loan package to the Underwriter.
  • Review leases, estoppels, and SNDA’s for commercial/retail properties.
  • Keep track of any documents expiring, i.e. Credit Reports, Preliminary Title Reports, Commitment Letter, and Rate locks.
  • Ensuring that loans are funded within the borrower’s realistic request date.
  • Order and review Flood and Hazard insurance to make sure that the policy meets all of the banks regulatory requirements.
  • Interact with internal departments as needed to resolve any issues or variances related to insurance.
  • Correspond, either verbally or in writing, as necessary with insurance agent, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines to remain compliant with customer’s requests.
  • Prioritize and organize workload to ensure policies are processed, issued and place in a timely manner while communicating frequently to manage customer expectations.
  • Regular follow-up via phone and email for pending documents
  • Act as a liaison between the income property lending department and appraisal department.
