  • Lead a team consisting of 27 members, who cover billing, customer service, and accounts receivable for 12 divisions, to drastically improve in fundamental areas to accommodate and facilitate growing revenue goals.
  • Oversee and manage the billing of 8,000 to 12,000 invoices, depending on the off-season or peak season.
  • Review flagged invoices from the previous month with the Senior Accountant, prior to sales tax filing deadlines in five states, to ensure accuracy in filings and future billings.
  • Implemented a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Monitor within Customer Service Departments that monitors the timeliness of answered calls, email responses, and deliveries to create transparency and honest communication.
  • Traveled to 12 divisions to train team members on Customer Service SOP, File Document Retention, integration between the Customer Service department and the Transportation department, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and resource planning for Datacor, our operating system.

  • Review A/R reporting once billing is complete, confirming collection efforts and status prior to closing, to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Prepare or review all customer pricing on a quarterly basis to reflect price increases while still honoring individual agreements and requirements.
