  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of SHC practice sites in partnership with the Destination Service Line Network Medical Director, Clinical Directors, and Executive Director.
  • Establishes continuous improvement, business and operating structures for the Destination Service Line Network to align with the Destination Service Line goals and provides the direction, method, tools and training to record, measure and track performance.
  • Works with Patient Experience to create, communicate, and implement a culture of patient and family centered care and continuous improvement. Educates managers about processes and ensures processes are executed within the defined parameters.
  • Partners with Director, Business Operations for the Service Line to establish structures to monitor variances and track financial trends including revenue and labor expenses.
