I have over 15 years experience in elderly care. I have worked in both the homecare setting and currently am working in the long term care home Dover Cliffs. I have been with this home 15 years this December. During my time here at Dover Cliffs I have had the opportunity to become a preceptor for new PSW students . I have been a preceptor for 5 years. I do have my certificate in PSW Preceptor Role from Humber College also recognized by the Ministry of Ontario. I am committed to the safe learning of all PSW students and maintain a professional working relationship with my students by having strong communication skills . I also enjoy mentoring PSW students .
