I have always had a passion for yoga, mindfulness, and teaching. I have had a great deal of practice teaching yoga in my teaching career through daily yoga and movement practices, yoga clubs, and restorative and nidra yoga classes for staff.
I am interested in bringing my experience to a studio as a substitute teacher for restorative yoga or offering a kids yoga series during the summer months.
I will be furthering my training by completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2024.
As a yoga teacher my goal is to offer my students an environment where they feel safe to give themselves the time and space to go inward, quiet their minds and open their hearts. My intention is for individuals to leave feeling a sense of peace, hope, joy and self love that they can carry with themselves into their daily lives.
