I over see the clients that come into the home. I make sure they are abiding to the best of their abilities with the guidelines set forth.

I suggest resources they they can check out, re: jobs, housing. I am very much dedicated to these ladies and their path of recovery in much all aspects of their wellbeing.

I also dispense their medication and keep them on track for upcoming refills if needed.

I conduct House Meetings and listen to what they are saying. Communication is a vital part for them and me.

Same duties as House Manager, except dispensing medications. My job was to be able to back the Current House Manager up when anytime that was needed. Helped facilitate house meetings, duties of the clients.

Worked closely with them regarding suggesting resources that could help them. Staying with a positive outlook, even if the outlook wasn't so positive.
