With over 15 years of experience in various forms of communication, I am a seasoned technical writer who can handle any content challenge. Whether it is developing and managing content for multiple platforms and audiences, creating and implementing content management systems and standards, or applying structured authoring, metadata, and taxonomy principles and practices, I have the skills and knowledge to deliver quality results.

Currently, I am a senior technical writer at Poly, where I collaborate with other core team members on a full content migration to a new CCMS, build and apply a metadata structure to maximize visibility in search engines, develop and implement a department-wide taxonomy to ensure a common reference for products across all of documentation, and analyze and restructure product documentation to address pain points from customers. I also lead documentation projects and mentor other technical writers, working with a cross-functional team. My mission is to create clear, concise, and consistent technical information that meets the needs and expectations of users and stakeholders.
