Launching D360:
Digital360 is the newest Membership platform for WW! It involves Next-Level Coaching for Game-Changing Weight Loss - Plus includes our Award-wining App.
With this project, I helped onboard, support, and set up the Coaches, Community Managers, and the Production Team for success as we prepped the team to launch. Ongoing, we continue to create engaging content that allow our members to focus on their wellness journey with the WW Pillars of Food, Activity, Sleep, and Mindset.
Peer Group Pilots - IRL and Virtual:
Led this Global Pilot in Canada which created Peer Group Online Communities for our Members, provided feedback to the Canadian Leadership team, presented to Global Partners in Australia, UK, and the US, continue to be agile in redefining/adding new groups to support and enhance the member experience. Peer Groups connect like minded individuals to their community and give support through weekly workshops. Categories include Women of Colour, Vegetarian, Mom Squad, Men, Gen X, Living Alone, Millennial's, LGBTQ+,Seniors, Lifetime Members, The Long Game (those with 50+ lbs to lose)
Community Kickstart:
In late 2019 our team launched a unique experience to the city of Brantford in an effort to support wellness on a larger community level through an inspired free event where we gave away memberships, food items, and wellness experiences.
● Supported the full hiring & onboarding processes, plus unfortunately when the product trial was ended, had to support the management of dismantling the team
- Assist in the development of Coach and Community Manager policies and procedures
- Leadership and performance management of coaches and community managers through
quality assurance, effective coaching, and identification of training and development
opportunities
- Work alongside Coaches and Community Managers to ensure high quality content and delivery of D360 experience
● Manage day-to-day operations of Coaches and Coach-generated experiences
● Oversee Coach and Community Manager onboarding and training
● Assist Coaches in experience ideation
● Ensure Coaches adhere to exclusivity provisions
Leverages data analytics and insights to measure and monitor group health, ensuring
achievement of quality standards and KPIs
● Monitor Coach hours to ensure within budget
● Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist on WW Canada member ambassador program
● Collaborate with the Director of PR on interview opportunities for WW members
Provide support with planning and execution of key PR, influencer and ambassador events
and programs beyond D360
●Lead a team of 5 corporate employees and also support a team of 5 production team members
