2022 Annual Performance Review
Review Period: January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022
Jennifer has consistently demonstrated the qualities of a strong work ethic. She has minimal timecard errors and has been good with communicating any changes to her shifts. She is very organized and performed all her job duties as a PSR II well. Jennifer could be given general direction and typically find ways to excel at the instruction. She continued to be a great resource for her coworkers and assisted in training and reorienting new and existing employees. At times when the department was short staffed, Jennifer was willing to help. In the later part of 2022, an opportunity to transition into the Medical Records department became available and Jennifer expressed great interest. She adjusted her workflow at the front desk so she could begin training for the position. Jennifer went above and beyond to learn all she could about the role so that the transition would be as seamless as possible. She worked to develop process improvements to the Medical Records workflow and created a more efficient flow in the chart room.
I appreciate Jennifer’s organizational skills, attention to detail and overall willingness to assist with department needs as they arise. My goals for Jennifer in 2023 are to continue her personal and professional growth so she can excel in her new role. I believe by keeping open communication and a positive mindset with her supervisor and all staff that Jennifer will be outstanding in her new role.
