Summary

My passion for human resources stems from my academic and athletic background. I hold a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Psychology from Northumbria University. As a form water polo assistant coach and a student-athlete, I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership and time management which are essential for any HR professional. My goal is to leverage my skills and knowledge to enhance the employee experience and contribute to the success of the organization.
