Jenna Travadi

Throughout my employment, my goals were to provide exceptional customer assistance with the responsible sale of alcoholic beverages. I was also responsible for inventory control, maintaining up to date knowledge of AGLC policies, cash handling, and general cleaning duties.

While employed at Fresh St. Market, I primarily oversaw the coffee bar and cafe. My responsibilities were to fulfill beverage orders, perform general cleaning, track inventory, and efficiently serve a high volume of customers while remaining timely and delivering personable customer service.

During my time working for Big Ridge, I was entrusted with greeting every guest at the door and escorting them to their sections, taking drink orders, and organizing accomodations for large parties. Upon being promoted to server, I demonstrated an ability to apply my strong interpersonal skills, efficiency, and extensive liquor knowledge to a fast paced restaurant environment.
