Develop and implement behaviour analytic interventions with a caseload of 9-18 full-time students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, between the ages of 5-21
Responsibilities include:
Conduct functional behaviour assessments to identify factors contributing to student behaviours and create individualized behaviour intervention plans
Provide training and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on implementation of behaviour intervention plans, behaviour management techniques, skill-acquisition programming and Safety-Care crisis intervention
Consistent monitoring and analysis of data for data-driven decisions about behaviour intervention plans and skill acquisition programming
Collaborate with other BCBAs, teachers, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, music therapists and other stakeholders in program development and implementation
Researched and developed the training manual for paraprofessionals
Developed evaluation systems for paraprofessionals and Assistant ABA Program Managers (BCaBA)
Assisted with hiring and ongoing evaluation of paraprofessionals

Supervised the practicum of BCBA and BcaBA candidates, providing structured feedback and fulfilling BACB supervision requirements for 3-7 supervisees at a time
