I currently manage 20-30 Industrial Medical Responders - OFA3's, EMR's, PCP's & ACP's. My day to day tasks include:

• Interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Completing new hire documentation and tracking certifications.
• Administrative duties, such as scheduling, building electronic field tickets, payroll tracking, expense tracking, etc.
• Ordering all pharmacy/medical supplies, and monitoring inventory.
• Vehicle and MTC inspections. Organizing maintenance as required.
• Field visits to build/maintain client relations, and ensure quality of medical service being delivered.

My greatest accomplishments within the company:

• Universalized all of the medical jump bags in the fleet, as well as built PCP and ACP kits to fit the scope of practice.
• Expanded Phoenix' level of practitioners from OFA3's/EMR's, to staffing PCP's & ACP's on projects and jobs.
• Expanded the Medical Transport Vehicle fleet from 12 to 18 in the last 6 months.
• Developed and updated all policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with AHS Protocols, Occupational Health & Safety, and Worksafe BC.

• Conducted equipment and vehicle checks, to maintain continuous and safe operation.
• Evaluated patient condition and obtained pertinent medical information to create a differential diagnosis.
• Attended to injuries or sudden illnesses by applying variety of simple and advanced pre-hospital medical interventions.
• Triaged injuries and identified appropriate medical facility for transport.
