1. Lead a Research Project and conducted TEKK on the cultural significance of Summer/Fall Chinook salmon for the possible listing of Species at Risk.

  • Wrote a literature review and reports, developed a research methodology for conducting TEK interviews that is guided by the nʕawqnwixʷ process under the supervision and guidance of Dr. Jeannette Armstrong, transcribed and created summaries that underwent reviews and were ultimately reported to the ONA and Department of Fisheries.

2. Vaseux groundwater assessment

  • Conducted TEK interviews, transcribed interviews and supplied summaries for the ONA.

3. Okanagan River Restoration Initiative ORRI – Vaseux floodplain reconnection

  • Conducted TEK interviews, transcribed interviews and supplied summaries for the ONA.

4. Okanagan River Restoration Initiative ORRI - Okanagan Falls riffle construction plans for 2024

  • Conducted TEK interviews, transcribed interviews and supplied summaries for the ONA.

5. Kettle River TEK

  • Currently undergoing TEK interviews.
