* Greeting customers as they enter the store and thanking them as they leave.
* Helping customers and offering suggestions or recommendations on specialized products.
* Operate the cash register, receiving and processing payments by cash, credit or debit cards
and notify the manager of any discrepancies.
* Receive orders from newspapers, bakery products, etc. and process returns.
* Count the cash and complete the paperwork.

Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Bringing the books to trial balance stage
Post journal entries and reconcile accounts, prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements
Perform partial checks of the posting process
Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
Process accounts receivables/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
