• Negotiate supplier transition and inventory management to reduce cost impacted by excess shortages and Covid-19 business closures

Removed $3M in excess inventory through supplier negotiation for future builds and creating consumption opportunities

• Implement performance trackers (KPI) and trainings specifically targeted for improving time and escalation management

• Manage > $100M spend portfolio across various commodities (Cables, Frames, Sheet Metal, PCBA, Power Boxes) in order to support on-time delivery performance
• Improved supplier delivery performances to >95% through delivery performance trackers, inventory stocking agreements, and upholding root cause analysis to identify and eliminate risk-causing factors
• Collaborate with engineering, product groups, and different CFT's to allow product design integration that implements cost-reductions or delivery improvements

• Manage $10M portfolio across BTP commodities to support global manufacturing requirements through US, Asia, Mexico suppliers
• Resolve all Quality and RMA issues in >3 days to ensure high quality deliverables
• Improve Cost reductions through scale-purchase management, negotiating scale opportunities and implementing consignment buys through forward-planning
