Trail Maintenance Crew Supervisor

- Started gold fields district trail crew with various left over hand and power tools. Spent the following year hiring trail crew staff and purchasing equipment needed to maintain district's trail system. Took advise and criticism from managers. Cleaned out provided shop area and made necessary upgrades to water and electrical system while also hiring candidates for pre-determined positions.

- Continued to use carpentry, electrical, plumbing, roofing, concrete and various other skills to meet gold fields district's needs.

- Purchased necessary equipment needed to construct and maintain public trails with knowledge and DPR purchasing processes aquired from previous position, while also using skills aquired outside of work needed to maintain a public trail system.

- Built and maintained trail bridges within the district's trail system using carpentry skills aquired from previous position and skills aquired outside of work.
