  • I was tasked to do a Sundry Merchandise makeover and assure proper levels for accurate inventories.
  • Associates were lacking development and needed C, B & A Sales Training.
  • Conducted daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, along with cash handling.
  • Built relationships with key customers to grow business segments and locate new opportunities.
  • Monitored inventory levels and placed orders to restock shelves.

  • We were the first store to participate in a Home Show to build the brand. This was a huge success and created the energy to relocate to Palmdale. We participated for 3 years at the Antelope Valley Home Show.
  • I was instrumental with having the Lancaster Location relocate to Palmdale for better exposure. The move happened in July of 1997.
  • The Palmdale Location was set-up with my crew and was merchandised by corporate.
