Supported FBN's employees and customers on FBN products, offered support in numerous situations where FBN products had a fit. Worked to develop the Product Tech Sheets, making the products available on the FBN Direct store. Trained FBN staff and growers, on the various produ\cts. Worked with customers on handling the Product Inquiries, and worked to come to a solution with the grower. Was involved in the creation of FBN Direct and the integration of the staff into the retailing of Pesticides.

Scouted fields, and advised growers of suitable options for herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. Worked with growers developing farm plans, including proper crop rotations and fertility management.

Worked with a Wholesale and retail seed provider on various tasks. Extensively involved in Business Development, and generating new revenue streams.

Developed a Crop Inputs Business including Pesticides, Seed, and Fertilizer, in the Moosomin and Langbank, areas.

Worked with P&H's grain customers, developing profitable farm plans. Worked with P&H management to build and oversee new Chemical Sheds, Seed Treatment, and Fertilizer Facilities. in Moosomin and Langbank.

Managed the Pilot Mound location for Double Diamond Farm Supply. Was involved with managing staff, coordinating the custom application, budgeting, and managing the P&L for this location. Worked with area farmers recommending crop inputs, from seed, pesticides to fertilizer,

Managed the territory, meeting budgets and sales goals, assisted retails with Bayer products, introduced new products and helped develop and market them in the territory.
