Wash pots/dishes from snacks and/or breakfast
Record chemical level and temperature of dish machine and inform FSM for any abnormality
Pack clean dishes to designated places
Clean/sanitize nourishment cart prior to setting up for lunch
Prepare/setup coffee and tea to main dining room for lunch
Ensure nourishment carts ready by 11:45 AM for delivery to each unit/floors
Ensure clean steaming cart before finishing the day
Clean dish machine and surrounding area including the floor
Received, stored, and monitored food materials according to procedures
Ensure kitchen floor are properly mopped (includes moping walk in fridge floor and dry storage floor)
Dishwash the returned cart and put clean dishes to their designated places

Make sure, show plates are available for choices
Assisted dishwashing by pulling out dishes and putting them to their designated locations
Clean/sanitize nourishment carts prior to setting up for evening snacks
Made sure food carts were cleaned and sanitized before putting them aside
Checked expiry dates and reported issues promptly to management
Adhered to Ministry of Health and Long Term Care Standards and ensured compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, and Sanitation Code
Restocked supplies and prepared additional ingredients during downtime for expected busy periods.
