Assist the process manager in the daily running of the brewing section.
Plan daily activities according to the workforce available and the production planning.
Re-organise the planning and the workforce if there are any absentees according to priorities.
Coaching and training of personal and trainees.

Assist of maintenance of time and attendance records.
Monitor operational parameters on floor and by liaising with laboratory to ensure product quality, integrity and initiate corrective action where necessary.

Apply all food safety principles according to quality systems.
Liaise with external auditors for inspection of treatment plants.
Analysis of inventory movement.
Enter data into Microsoft Navision system to produce reports.
Prepare and update weekly material report, material requirement planning (MRP) and end of life (EOL) report.
Review MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information.
Anticipate logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors.
Establish and implement policies to standardize project wide logistics and material management processes.
Provide technical guidance to lower grade personnel ensuring that inventories and location surveys are performed in accordance with establish procedures.
Communicate with employees about changes in products locations.
