Mixing raw materials;

• Operate a mixer or mill;

• Operate a press;

• Operate a cooler;

• Inspect tiles on the continuous production line;

• Transport raw materials and finished products using a forklift

• Operate machines for processing rubber products.

• Ensure processed products meet quality standards.

 Assist the process manager in the daily running of the brewing section.

 Plan daily activities according to the workforce available and the production planning.

 Re-organise the planning and the workforce if there are any absentees according to priorities.

 Coaching and training of personal and trainees.

 Ensure all safety measures are taken by employees in the department.

 Assist of maintenance of time and attendance records.

 Monitor operational parameters on floor and by liaising with laboratory to ensure product quality, integrity and initiate corrective action where necessary.

 Survey and verify process equipment performance.

 Plan, organise and supervise yeast propagation at floor level monthly.

 Monitor malt stock and plan utilization of malt accordingly to actual stock and monthly reception when necessary.

 Ensure all stock control of raw material and updating data done on the ERP system.

 Assist in the planning of production of kegs.

 Ensure good housekeeping at workplace by allocating tasks to cleaning contractor and planning pest control.

 Assist the process manager in the implementation of various projects.

 Apply all food safety principles according to quality systems.

 Liaise with external auditors for inspection of treatment plants.

 Analysis of inventory movement.

 Enter data into Microsoft Navision system to produce reports.

 Prepare and update weekly material report, material requirement planning (MRP) and end of life (EOL) report.

 Review MRP execution and ensures accuracy of information.

 Anticipate logistics problems related to operational area and environmental and human factors.

 Establish and implement policies to standardize project wide logistics and material management processes.

 Provide technical guidance to lower grade personnel ensuring that inventories and location surveys are performed in accordance with establish procedures.

 Communicate with employees about changes in products locations.

 Ensure good handling and quantity use as per receipt for the process.
