  • Took initiative in securing a practicum placement independently, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
  • Established a new partnership for the college by initiating contact and fostering a collaborative relationship with Wagner Hills Farm Society, resulting in a mutually beneficial practicum opportunity and a valuable connection for the college community in 2021.
  • Served as a class representative for the Student Union, facilitating communication between students and the Student Union/Faculty.
  • Conducted a comprehensive project for Management Class focused on the recreation therapy field. Developed a detailed written proposal and delivered a persuasive verbal presentation advocating for the creation of a recreation therapist position within an agency (NACL). As a result, the agency promptly opened two positions in response to the proposal's recommendations in 2023.
