Wound champion- 2023-2025- created monthly data and census of all wounds and skin lesions in the facility. Collaborated with AHS CM, NSWOCC and management on the various resident needs, and supplies for wound management. Assessed and evaluated wounds that need protocol change,  or ultimately specialist referral. Created steps and procedures for starting a wound protocol for a new or old wound.  Attended various wounds workshops.
