* Provided guidance and support to the underground supervisors and their team members in order to ensure timely completion of their assigned tasks. We provide development prints, monitor seismicity and ventilation updates as needed by the team.

* Update logbooks with the data and progress that we collect during the workday, including equipment status. We enter notifications for equipment breakdowns and workplace corrections.

* Directed and supervised a team of 19 employees in daily operations in diverse department.

* Had the responsibility of maintaining the converters using a modified Gradall to chip molten metal buildup around the opening of the converter.

* Provided weekly ventilation survey updates that was presented to all to crews

* Had the responsibility of surveying active heading, issuing the prints up to date advancement and providing line and grade to the operators, using AutoCAD.

* Developing drilling and blasting layout for ITH drilling using Volcan.
