- Active participation in large and major accounts pricing using experience rating with collaboration of underwriting, and develop solutions that will be simple for operations and competitive for clients.
- Lead actuary during the annual budget process and financial projections of all KPIs for future years (written premiums, retention, closing ratio, quotes, loss ratio). Engaging discussions with upper management when actuarial projections do not match the company's ambitions.

- Provide quarterly and annual reserve analyses for short-tail (Auto, Personal Property, Commercial Property) and long-tail (AB - BI, CGL, Umbrella) lines of business for all regions (Quebec, Ontario, West and Atlantic), reporting to the appointed actuary.
- Reference person in the department for establishment of ultimate losses and ultimate claims for climatic events and our internal model for loss development factors (LDFs) for climatic events. Creation of a climatic event dashboard for presentation purpose. Main contact with the organization CatIQ.
- Active participation in writing the appointed actuary's reports for the various subsidiaries including appendices, where I explained the different methods selected to determine ultimate losses for the lines of business analyzed for regulators.
- Collaboration with accounting department during month-end, quarter-end and year-end process ensuring that all inputs from Corporate Actuarial (IBNR, ULAE, PfADs) are aligned with financial statements.
- Built an allocation program to precisely allocate IBNR to groups based on different metrics (earned premiums, case reserves, incurred losses) based on the line of business.
- Performance monitoring using differents reports (Profitability, Premium volume, Policies/Risks in force) and raise concerns to management if necessary.
