  • Company Overview: An institution active in the financial market, offering more than 300 products and services to its members, it is currently present in almost all Brazilian states and is among the main financial and banking institutions in the country.
  • Employee management, acting in the process of recruitment, selection, training, demand direction, and operational administration. Directly managing teams up to 30 people.
  • Monitoring of the entire workflow of the branch: cashiers, administrative, business area, and security/property cleaning.

  • Analysis of credit proposals above the maximum authority of the branch, seeking to identify possible structural and accounting weaknesses in the companies of the associates who were applying for credit, as well as in the financial lives of individuals.
  • Management and supply of information to the board of directors regarding possible defaults on the credit product.
  • Development/improvement of a tool to supply the board and managers with relevant information about the credit portfolio of each branch, such as actual and expected defaults, so that it would be possible to act in advance on each credit operation existing in the branches, thus reducing the risk of non-receipt. The tool developed was only replaced in 2019 by another tool delivered nationally by the institution.
