• Asbestos Abatement

Tec job involves safely removing and disposing of asbestos materials from structures, following specific safety protocols and regulations .This includes inspecting for asbestos, setting up confinement zones, removing asbestos with appropriate tools and techniques, and ensuring proper disposal of the hazardous waste. The role also involves wearing protective equipment like respirators and coveralls, and following decontamination procedures.

• Mold decontamination.

This process involves in removal of dry wall, wood structure etc, cleaning, and disinfection of contaminated areas, as well as addressing the root cause of the mold to prevent future growth. The involves setting up and installing confinement zones and installing negative air with large Air Hepa filters. Heavy amount of PPE is to be worn and experience with all sorts of tools

• 24/7 water damage emergency

Arriving to customers home/business to assess damage by using an infrared camera and identifying all affected areas.

Drawing and taking measurement’s to supply insurance company a blueprint of the affected areas.

Water extraction,cleaning and disinfecting affected areas and most of the time removing bottom of dry wall to install drying equipment.

• Support and guidance for newcomers as they integrate into the team.

Coordinate and supervise the team's daily activities, ensuring the achievement of established objectives.

• Preparation of the parts to be welded, positioning, and securing them according to the drawings.
• Assembly and adjustment of the metal parts before welding to ensure a precise and solid assembly.

Measurements are taken for cutting operations and for dimensional verification of the parts.

This involves cleaning, disinfecting, and deodorizing, often using specialized tools to removing flooring and parts of walls and using most of the time chemicals to remove staining
