Summary

I am a highly motivated individual with 30 years of carpentry experience. In all areas of new construction buildings to the restoration of old building construction. Working with insurance adjusters, building inspectors, and engineers by recognizing the need at a loss due to fire, water, and wind damage. I would then define the problem by solving what needed to be repaired, and collecting the data of materials needed to complete the job.

I then would analyze the data of materials, making sure that the material is straight and true, as well as the proper size and dimension. Therefore, developing a hypothesis on how to get the structure back to its original state. By installing piece by piece safely and productively to achieve this goal. By testing my hypothesis checking my work to make sure I did not miss anything. I then would acquire a final analysis, in this case, a building inspector to sign off that my work was done correctly.
