  • Receive in-bound calls from customers, quickly record data customers are providing into a ticket with precise detail and in a timely manner while also listening to the customer for further information
  • Once data is registered into a ticket, it is reviewed quickly with the customer in a respectful and timely manner, and then pushed out to mechanics
  • If a mechanic is off-route and/or off for the day, then we must use our company-based web-tools to quickly find the most suitable mechanic to pin to the ticket
  • Receive in-bound calls from technicians/mechanics to alter/transfer/assist/cancel tickets in a timely and respectful manner
  • Keeping a keen eye on data that is being displayed on ticket creation screen for any abnormalities/errors, if one is found, in a timely manner create a concise email with listed abnormalities/errors and have it pushed out to the correct local branch while helping the customer
  • Make out-going calls to mechanics, per request ETA request that customers have made with their tickets, to give the customer the best ETA they can receive have them updated on their elevator repair
  • Make out-going calls to fellow colleagues apart of Tk-elevators to relay or inquire information regarding to ticket status, ETA, mechanic availability and/or any other inquires that is needed
  • Receiving entrapment calls, carefully listening to them, inputting information that is being given in a swift manner and being very empathetic to entrapped passengers
  • Once information has been put into a ticket, quickly use TK-elevators web-based tools to find the closest tech and alert mechanic of entrapment and receive an ETA, then make an out-going call to the entrapped passengers and provide them with an ETA and alert them of rescue
  • Following that it is important to create an Entrap email with the correct template and send it to the correct Local Branch and entrap team in a timely manner.
