Experienced Union Organizer with over 5+ years of experience in organizing campaigns, negotiating contracts, and advocating for workers’ rights. Successfully organized and led various campaigns to unionize contractors & developers resulting in many letters of intent (LOI) agreements with developers. As well as multiple contractors signing and becoming signatory creating many work opportunities for our members. Skilled in effectively communicating and building strong relationships with diverse groups such as, workers, contractors, developers, end users, municipalities, school districts, community benefit organizations (CBO), and electeds of all levels from local to the US Capitol, to achieve mutual goals.
The Military has imparted many valuable skills such as discipline, resilience, leadership, teamwork, perseverance, flexible, and effective communication skills. I am also Executive Board member for Local 701. I represent, advocate, and defend the interest of my fellow union members.
