Core Laboratory Responsibilities

Infection Control

• Consistently follow infection-prevention protocols and utilize appropriate PPE, including eye protection, masks, gloves, and lab gowns.
• Receive impressions in designated areas and disinfect them according to lab standards.
• Properly dispose of contaminated materials, sharps, and regulated waste in compliance with safety guidelines.

Laboratory Operations / Wet Lab

• Review and interpret laboratory prescriptions to support precise treatment planning.
• Perform model and die work, including disinfecting impressions, pouring stone, trimming/ditching, margin marking, and articulating cases on both semi-adjustable and non-adjustable articulators.
• Use magnification tools and stereomicroscopy for detailed analysis.
• Handle laboratory materials—including gas tanks and flammables—safely, following all facility protocols.

Fixed Prosthodontics

Crown & Bridge

• Create detailed anatomical and functional wax-ups for a wide range of restorations, from single units to full-mouth rehabilitations and esthetic veneers.
• Complete spruing, investing, burnout, and casting procedures for precious and semi-precious alloys used in inlays, onlays, crowns, partial units, and multi-unit bridges.
• Polish and finish metal and ceramic restorations to meet high laboratory standards.
• Produce full-contour wax-ups and follow pressable workflows for lithium disilicate (e.max) restorations.
• Use CAD/CAM systems (e.g., Exocad) for scanning, designing, and refining zirconia crowns and custom copings.

Removable Prosthodontics

Complete & Partial Denture Fabrication

• Establish occlusal rims using bilateral balanced and lingualized occlusion concepts.
• Build record bases and occlusal rims for both arches with emphasis on retention and accuracy.
• Create diagnostic wax-ups for dentures prior to try-in and processing.
• Carry out flasking, packing/pressing, boiling-out, and deflasking procedures using heat-cured acrylics and TCS flexible materials.
• Design and fabricate partial denture frameworks by surveying, blockout wax application, duplication, refractory work, spruing, investing, casting, and finishing.
• Identify and correct occlusal discrepancies through equilibration and remount techniques.
• Produce custom impression trays using auto-polymerizing and light-cured resins.
• Provide denture relines, repairs, and adjustments as needed.

Orthodontic Appliances

• Pour, trim, and evaluate orthodontic and orthognathic models.
• Fabricate Hawley retainers and various clasp designs, including labial bows, Adam’s clasps, C-clasps, ball clasps, springs, and expansion components, followed by proper acrylic finishing.
• Create clear retainers and aligners, including Essix-style appliances.

● Mixed, prepared, and assembled handmade products, ensuring consistency, proper formulation, and adherence to production protocols

● Ship orders using USPS/DHL

● Restock finished goods onto shelves

● Manage different stages of the production line by being actively involved in each procedure

● Conduct continuous quality controls, removing, and reporting faulty components or evident defects from production line

● Prepare orders by processing requests;pulling materials; packing boxes

● Maintain inventory

● Maintain safe and clean work environment

● Submit monthly payouts to influencers
