Problem Solver :

• Address return-related issues that impact customers, such as processing refunds for incorrect items received or missing items.
• Resolve discrepancies, such as items returned without proper documentation, incorrect items sent back, or missing components.
• Escalate complex cases like high value returned items having fraud concerns to Customer Service Liaison supervisor or team.
• Troubleshoot urgent issues to prevent delays in customer refund as per customer first policy.

IOL(Inventory at odd locations) :

• Conduct session-wise cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in stock levels (e.g., missing, extra, or misplaced items).
• Use Amazon’s internal systems (e.g., FC Research) to track inventory movements.
• Identify inventory defects (e.g., wrong item stored, damaged goods, incorrect labeling).
• Determine root causes (process errors, system issues, human error) and report findings.
• Work with Process Assistants (PAs) and Area Managers (AMs) to implement corrective actions.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce defects and improve efficiency.

IT Ambassador :

• Provide Level 1 technical support to associates and leadership.
• Troubleshoot issues with scanners, printers, workstations, etc.
• Replace faulty equipment (e.g. not working scanners, damaged cables).

• Assist customers with inquiries related to their PC Financial credit card accounts, payments, and rewards.
• Resolve issues related to billing, payments, and rewards redemption.
• Help customers understand and navigate the PC Optimum rewards program.
• Provide clear and accurate information about PC Financial products and services. Help customers understand.
• Assist with earning, tracking, and redeeming rewards points.
• Resolve issues related to missing or incorrect rewards points.
• Educate customers on how to maximize their rewards and benefits.
• Provide guidance on managing credit card accounts responsibly.
• Communicate promotions, offers, and changes to the rewards program.
