Responsible and organized individual with excellent time management, quick decision making and taking initiative. Being a game official has taught me to be detail oriented due to the score sheets, player sign in sheets, and penalties/goals needed to be completed all at once while supervising an ongoing game at the same time. It's taught me excellent time management, responsibility, and organization, as well as taking initiative. Sometimes the referees are unsure of a certain call, and are in need of assistance from the timekeeper to understand what they should do. Supervising the game also means understanding what's going on in case of these situations. All these skills i have acquired from being a timekeeper could benefit me in becoming a sales associate. By improving my time management and organization skills, i can setup the day in a way to guarantee i would be on time for work every shift, and with my organization skills, i would be coming to work with everything needed to complete the shifts, instead of arriving unprepared. Lastly, responsibility. I understand completely that i am responsible for all my actions, and everything i do reflects the company.
