I started my career with a bang, joining Clutch at 21 with no prior work experience in the industry. But I was motivated, driven, and had a growth mentality. I was determined to make an impact, which is precisely what I did. Starting as an Operations Analyst, I quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Analyst in 12 months. But I didn't stop there. Because of my hard work, dedication, and expertise in operations management, I was promoted to Operations Supervisor in just six months. For two years at Clutch, I did everything from exterior vehicle inspections to managing day-to-day documentation for the mechanical and body departments. I coordinated with external vendors, brought new vendors on board, and negotiated prices. I managed a team of 6, and we built and successfully implemented processes, workflows and SOPs. But my impact didn't stop there. I had collaborated with the product team in developing Clutch's internal operations management tool for the production team, providing all the operational information they needed to build, test and launch the tool. I have used tools like Airtable, Trello, Tableau, Metabase, Lucid chart, and Google workspace to collaborate in real-time with other teams and build presentations, case studies, and other reports. And I always strive for continuous improvement, using the 5 why root cause analysis method to overcome daily operational issues. Looking back, I'm proud of everything I accomplished at Clutch. But I'm also excited about what's next. With my strong work ethic, dedication, and expertise in operations management, I'm ready to bring value to any organization and continue positively impacting the industry.
