Began my career at Walmart Canada as a store standards or cart puller. Within a year, I expanded my skill set by learning various departments, including ONNI Channel Retailing (picking/dispensing), unloading, cash self- checkout, and stocking. After transferring to a new store as an overnight associate, I gained valuable experience in stocking and merchandising. Currently, I am part of the renovation team, where I contribute to the complete site renovation, manage aisle location changes, oversee overstock, and assign new mods. Also maintained regular follow-up with the project manager who visits the store from corporate, ensuring alignment and progress on the renovation project.
· We receive shipments and restock inventory overnight. This helps us keep products available for customers the next day.
· I assess the presentation of merchandise, make notes and fix deficiencies.
