Summary

I have been working exclusively with older adults since 2014. I offer one on one personal training with seniors of all ages, conditions and fitness levels. Anyone, regardless of age, can improve their current fitness level. Seniors can do more than they think they can to confront the functional decline of aging and maintain their quality of life. With correct exercise technique and self awareness, the older adult can relearn basic, functional movement patterns and empower themselves to move and feel better.
