VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE

Make A Wish Canada 2011 - Current I have been volunteering for Make A Wish for just over 10 years. I raise money every year to help grant a wish to a critically ill child. To date I have raised just over $80,000.00.

After raising $80,000.00 I was awarded Maritimer of the month from CTV - ATV.

Being involved in numerous outdoor activities in our area my entire life will make me an asset to working with the Town of Truro. Working and volunteering in many areas of our town, has helped me develop great communication skills and customer relations.

Being involved with volunteer work, at such a young age has helped me craft my social one on one interactions with many members of our community and beyond. I have been fortunate enough to create a very large and broad circle of contacts and friends around our country.
