The scope of this role was to design and implement a Web-based and Mobile application and its Business Intelligence for one of our clients. The scope of the project was to build a Site Management Application from scratch including all of the business logics in an agile environment.

• Gathered information from key stakeholders to understand the goals of the project and the strategic objectives of the organization.
• Worked on multiple concurrent projects in an ongoing changing environment.
• Responsible for defining the Scope of the Project, gathering Business Requirements, involved in Gap Analysis and documented them; created PowerPoint Presentations and reports for reviews with senior management.
• Participated in regular design and data integration meeting with the Client and front-end design partner.
• Regularly identified UI designs and usability problems and made suggestions for improvement.
• Identified and enforced e-commerce standards and best practices.
• Collected input from stakeholders and end users to determine detailed functional requirements for the e-commerce site.
• Facilitated Scrum ceremonies for multiple phases such as product backlog, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum stand-up call and scrum overview meetings.
• Works with the IT Partner, architects, analysts, business stakeholders, and external service providers to understand the underlying technologies and applications.
• Identified System Requirements, generated the Business and Functional Process Models and established timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Set up definitions and process for scoping, document test cases, and test phases including product test, integration test, system test and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Documented requirements in the form of user stories, and business rules.
• Analysis of requirements, creating, and maintaining the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
• Created Requirement Description Document (RDD), Business Requirement Specification document (BRS) for the application to include the business requirements, technical requirements, non-functional requirements and error handling based on the analysis performed while creating the Process flows.
• Participated and contributed in various web service and API integration meeting with third party systems like ERP, Warehouse management systems, PIM, Payment gateway.
• Reviewed, evaluated and updated e-commerce site documentation.

Project : Digital Enhancement Project

The scope of the project was to enhance their Digital applications platform to increase e-commerce business. Rubbermaid’s e-commerce is a multi-platform integration, desktop browsers, mobile web browsers and secure Web service API interface. Mobile Platforms include HSN apps for iPad, iPhone, Android, Windows 8 tablets, Windows phone, and Blackberry.
