  • Project Title: Impact and Assessment of Big DISHA as a strong marketing tool to connect with Small town Youth.
  • Project Details: The project was a the part of Biggest campaign ever done by any media house in India targeting 6.5 Lakh youth across 325 towns in 05 states i.e. Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat. The project connects with small town youth where the exposure level to select the relevant career choices is very less. This campaigns helps them to make the relevant career choices basis their Personality trait and Interest, by taking them through the series of sessions, like Psychometric Test followed by Career counseling and Personality Grooming session by experts.

  • Duration: 06 Months
  • Project Title: Telecom Operators Network
  • Project Details: Bharti Airtel Telemedia is a part of Bharti Group, dealing into wire line connectivity solutions for communication. I worked there within O&M (Operations & Maintenance) Deptt.. Scope of the project included study of Telecom Exchange backend support system, trouble shooting the customer issues, keeping the parallel backup always ready incase of issues like Fibre Cut/Site down. It also included routine Maintenance activities like taking backup of complete exchange data, generating reports for controlling sites.
