• Properly loaded and unloaded materials in and out of machines.
• Inspected finished parts by checking for defects to meet quality standards.
• Monitored machines during operation to make adjustments when necessary and produce quality parts.
• Performed daily cleaning to keep machines in good working condition and prolong equipment lifespan.
• Read and understand blueprint designs
• Set up machinery for productio
• Rework metal to create the blueprint design
• Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery
• Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Worked on Procure to Pay (P to P) Module of Oracle R12 in which any error comes To user is solved by Me and Team Members Like Error Shiwing while making Indent and Purchase order, Error while Creation of Batches , Formula Recipe Error, Layer Missing. Opening of item code and Recipe.

2. Worked on Order to Cash (O to C) Module of Oracle R12 in which any error At User end Solved by Me and Team Members Like Error while making invoice, invoice no. Not Coming,Packing list showing less quantity as compared to invoice , Quanity not getting Transferred from FGS to BSR, Transfer of Quanity from One inventory to another.

3. Worked on Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) And Providing Solution to User to Problem which they face while working on it. Correction in work in Progress (WIP) Error which comes during Production and other correction In other errors Which comes while booking production in java by User. Correction in Inventory errors like Correction in gins, creation of Material in inventory , Creation of Suppliers, Assigining Suppliers to particular Organization,HSN Updation.

4. Solving errors which comes in Java while Booking Production.

5. Oversee maintenance and operation of computer hardware systems.

6.Control console of mainframe digital computer or set of minicomputers.

7. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry,Gathered, organized and input information into digital database.
