• Oversee all stages of plant growth: propagation, vegetative, flowering, pre-harvest.
• Ensure consistent application of pest control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and nutrient programs.
• Monitor plant health, environmental conditions (light, humidity, temperature), and identify any early signs of stress or disease.
• Execute cultivation schedules as directed by Cultivation Manager.
