Thank-You for taking the time to review my resume. I am applying for the position of pipeline inspector. I am a 53 year old 3rd generation pipeliner. Having started my career straight out of high school, I was fortunate enough to work with many excellent and legendary pipeliners throughout my career. It is this valuable knowledge that has carried me through a rewarding career in the oil and gas industry, and more recently carbon capture and storage projects. Ive been fortunate enough to work on ALL types of projects ranging from small inch single well,small inch projects to extensive gathering systems and more recently, huge multi year, high profile big inch mainline projects. I feel i have aquired the confidence, experience and knowledge to qualify as a capable and competent representative of any potential client. I have extensive hands on experience in access, clearing and R.O.W construction and cleanup, as well as ditch, backfill, on top of good basic knowledge of all aspects of the pipeline construction process. I feel prepared to accept any challenge. I have good knowledge of permitting systems, environmental requirements and addressing the challenges currently facing our industry, and what my role is to ensure a positive, productive and safe project for all parties and of course a quality, successful final product to show for the effort. i have provided a condensed version of my work history, current certificates and references. Supervise and oversee construction of 9 km of 20 inch pipeline right of way, including, but not limited to, access, stripping and grading to ensure a safe, effective platform conducive to a successful and efficient project.

Clean-up of T.C 48inch Elko Project in mountainous terrain and extreme conditions, primarily steep slope work. Operating Heavy Equipment to return R.O.W to pre-construction condition.
Began my pipeline career here. Was fortunate to be involved in all aspects of pipeline construction including stringing, bending,pipe gang, coating, sleeving, lowering in, tie-ins, testing as well as all aspects of earthworks related to pipeline construction. this was mostly small inch, single well tie-ins, as well as several multi-year gathering systems throughout central and northern alberta.
