$3,000,000 Boys & Girls Club Renovation project.

- Ensured that the original scope of work was under budget.

- Refined the scope of work to ensure that the client’s requirements were met.

- Maintained original schedule despite unforeseen challenges to include asbestos abatement and structural issues.

- Executed all document control to include drawings, specifications, testing reports, site instructions, RFIs and submittals.

▪ Gathered requirements, developed scopes, scheduled construction, and tracked and documented all information for a $8,000,000 residence renovation and conversion project.

▪ Planned and initiated projects with extensive safety, regulatory and licensing requirements on a nuclear facility to ensure that they would meet all cost, schedule and quality objectives.

▪ Executed contracts with general contractors and supervised construction for both the SWT Tunnel ($24,000,000) and Woodroffe Avenue Pedestrian Bridge ($3,000,000) simultaneously. These projects are components of an overall $100,000,000 multi component project.

▪ Executed and supervised an additional $6,000,000 in changes for the Tunnel and Bridge projects.

▪ Coordinated construction between the three components of the project, between project and adjacent properties, with governing agencies and through multiple layers of consultants.

▪ Initiated and enforced Quality Assurance / Quality Control programs for the Bridge and Tunnel to ensure compliance with the contract documents and the corporate QA/QC plan.
