  • Lead the delivery of a record-breaking series of home matches for the Women's and Men's National Teams, including qualification for the 2024 Olympic Games and the Christine Sinclair farewell match. Maximized available revenue streams with over $3m in ticket sales over a 6-month period, expanding brand reach to
    increase membership and connect with fans.
  • Worked closely with the Board to review short-term priorities and develop a comprehensive
    operational plan that aligned with the objectives of the 2022-2026 five-year strategic plan. Created and delivered comprehensive reports for each Board meeting, including detailed operational updates, National Team performance reviews, budget analysis and projections incorporating planned activities across all areas of the organization.
  • Oversaw the transition from the organization's existing Policy and Procedures Manual to a fully modernized Employee Handbook. This incorporated HR policies, procedures and practices, including the development of job descriptions for all staff.

  • Served as the organization’s Technical lead, responsible for the overall management, direction, and development of Coaching and Grassroots Programs across Canada.
  • Worked as an integral member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for expanding and enhancing the development of soccer programs that incorporate equality, social inclusion, child protection initiatives and anti-racism initiatives.
  • Led the creation and implementation of the organization’s award-winning online learning management system, the Canada Soccer Academy, allowing the organization to scale its delivery of online learning across all areas of development, including coach and referee education.
  • Created and implemented the Canada Soccer Club Licensing Program, a club-based development program designed to guide clubs throughout the country toward best principles for organizational development both on and off the field.
  • Over a 5-year period, grew annual Coach Education revenue from $155,000 to $1.9m.
  • Worked closely with staff and Provincial and Territorial Member Associations to implement programs at all levels of the game, from Grassroots to Professional Soccer.
