  • Owner Operator, Established the business in response to Old Castle APG's need to install a cinder block machine at their Balzac facility.
  • Installed all power, control, and building wiring for the cinder block machine, and it's auxiliary batching, currying, and packaging equipment. Ensuring compliance with applicable permit legislation and codes.
  • Designed, installed and verified. Multi zone Category 3 equipment access systems. Ensuring human safety through multiple layers of interlocking to guarantee zero energy state of equipment before the possibility of access.
  • Created and Maintained equipment "Equipment isolation" procedures. Training other personal on correct procedure, why it was necessary and its multiple layers of regularly verified isolation equipment.
  • Commissioned and optimized cinder block production line. Assisting manufacture representatives in identifying and correcting programming and design deficiencies.
