In my current role, I am responsible for managing activities related to the Department's corporate policy processes as well as supporting the Chief of Strategy, Performance and Partnerships. Responsibilities encompass:

  • Manage the department’s review and approval process for decision requests and submissions to The Executive Council Office.
  • Prepare the submission of Report and Recommendations and Memorandums to the Executive Council from the Deputy’s office using Adobe
  • Enhance operational workflows by maintaining well-organized documentation systems and updating records accurately as needed.
  • Coordinate the agenda management function for the bi-weekly Executive Committee meetings by liaising with senior leaders to bring forward priority items.
  • Facilitate various types of training for the Administrative Process Committee.
  • Coordinate briefings to prepare The Deputy and Minister for Treasury and Policy board meetings as well as prepare briefing packages.
