In my second year with Sodexo I was promoted to be a tech II, a position that required me to handle cleaning, pickups, and delivery of IV pole equipments such as brains, channels and any machine that the nurses or patients should need.
In 2025 I became the 3rd shift Lead. This position requires me to manage our night shift team members. I oversee evening to morning operations by assigning my techs to their designated areas, I delegate tasks among the team and take care of all calls, and emails that we receive regarding our department's responsibilities.
