Working in childcare, delivery, and management positions has afforded ample opportunities to develop an extensive variety of skills. Some of these include mastery of the written word, communication and people skills, strong problem solving abilities, and the ability to thrive under pressure. The biggest challenge I've overcome at work has been rectifying boredom. It lead to the discovery that challenging and/or busy work with tight deadlines is personally satisfying.

● Attend board meetings
● Keep a full, accurate, and impartial account of the proceedings of all regular and special membership and Executive Board meetings.
● Record all amendments and/or additions in the bylaws, and make certain that these are sent to the National President for approval prior to implementing.
● Answer correspondence and fulfill other administrative duties as directed by the Executive Board.
● Keep a record of all correspondence received and sent out.
● Prepare and distribute all notices to members.
● Have all records ready on reasonable notice for the Trustees or auditors.
● Preside over membership and Executive Board meetings in the absence of both the President and Vice-President.
● Administrative assistance as directed by the Executive Board
● Perform other duties required by the Council, its bylaws or the National Constitution.
● Have signing authority on all cheques and ensure that the Council’s funds are used only as authorized or directed by the Constitution, Council bylaws, or vote of the membership.
