  • When working on the shipments we make sure that all the items are reflecting on system database (POS) before transferring from transit
  • List discrepancies and add notes to the KDM tracker which includes the time and date we encountered the issue and if it was resolved
  • If there is a variance in our manifest versus the physical count then we add that into the Variance log which includes the date, UID and Manifest number as well as the quantity that is stated on the manifest and what you actually physically counted in hand
  • When going through the master boxes we attach the COAs and Metric tags to the correct Manifests that include those specific items
  • Address any data entry for example adding items to the expire/defective log if anything is wrong with the product including returns that are defective
  • Adjust products as an increase or decrease depending if the item is defective such as a (broken seal, package) or if we are sold out or have an extra item to sell
  • When receiving new products we enter the quantity and UIDs with explicit information to the transfer log along with any items that will need replenishing in the front stock
  • Conducting audits for the week is requested to count all product in front stock and back stock to ensure that all is accurate
  • Organizing and rearranging is maintenance we initiate everyday for the displays in the sales floor and the inventory room
